Thank you for taking a peek at my Website! Let me tell you a little about myself...
Before I became a Life Coach, I was a Social Worker for over twenty years. I was drawn to Social Work and Coaching because of my passion to help people of all ages and in all walks of life. Although a majority of my backround has been in working with parents and families; my education and experience over the years has brought me great insight and knowledge in specialized areas such as teen pregnancy, addictions, mental health issues, suicide prevention and intervention etc, etc..
My passion lies in prevention. If we can get in front of a problem before it becomes a crisis, than we are steps ahead of the game. I believe life will always be giving us challenges, it is how we react and act upon these challenges that matter. It is very easy for life to get off track. Sometimes all it takes is a nuetral, non-judgemental ear to listen and new perspective to point you in the right direction.
My goal is to help you become the best you. My hope is that I can help you to see that our most difficult times can be the best opportunity for growth. I believe it is with these challenges we gain lifelong and life changing wisdom; if we take the time to see it.
Let me help give you a new perspective on you, your life and your future.
